Portal bugs fixed
We have now fixed the following issues that some users have been experiencing:

  • After uploading documents to a section and then clicking 'Save & Continue', 'A problem has occurred...' message is displayed;
  • Although all relevant fields and sections are complete, the Portal displays that they are incomplete so the form can't be submitted;
  • Supporting documents section on the appeal form - when questions are selected, the file upload/browse box does not respond;
  • Issue with bulk upload of documents whereby only a subset display on the submitted form.
